Jeanne Ashcraft is the owner and operator of Ashcraft Historical Transcription.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of California at Berkeley, and Master's Degrees in Library Science and Instructional Design from San Jose State University. 

Jeanne has a passion for preserving family and community history. Once she understakes your project she sticks with it until you are completely satisfied with the results.
